US Court of Appeals affirms District Court decision granting Summary Judgment to Village of Saranac Lake and individual police officers dismissing plaintiff’s claims for false arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution under Section 1983, holding that the officers had probable cause to arrest and commence the prosecution against plaintiff.
