Plaintiff sued members of the Sheriff’s Department for false arrest and Town Judge for negligently issuing a Bench Warrant in violation of plaintiffs constitutional rights and state law.
District Court properly granted motion to dismiss filed on behalf of Town Judge as he was entitled to absolute immunity while acting in his judicial capacity.
