The Firm successfully represented a residential subdivision developer who required municipal water of an approved subdivision. The Firm successfully obtained a reversal of the Town Board’s denial of an application to extend a water district to an approved subdivision. The Firm established that the proposed extension met the requirements of Town Law §194 and that the Town Board’s denial of the application was an improper intrusion into matters entrusted to the Planning Board.
