Bourgeois v. Pelkey

Plaintiff filed this federal lawsuit against two City of Plattsburgh police officers asserting claims of false arrest, malicious prosecution and excessive force in violation of his constitutional rights and state law. All claims were dismissed pursuant to Motion for Summary Judgment filed on behalf of the officers at the close of discovery.
