Bain v. Town of Argyle
066-CV-0075
The Firm defended the Town of Argyle against a claim by property owners that Town’s revocation of a building permit for a mobile home violated their constitutional rights of substantive due process. In granting the Town’s motion for summary judgment, the District Court held that plaintiffs lacked a valid property interest in the building permit because the Town’s certificate of compliance, which was required for the building permit, was issued in error.
